Sarah has been a dedicated Community Association Manager (CAM) since 2013 and earned the prestigious Certified Florida Community Association Manager designation in 2017, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in the field. She has been a dedicated part of Savanna Club since August 2014. With years of experience in community operations, resident relations, and association governance, Sarah is committed to fostering a well-managed and engaged community.
Key Job Duties
- Leadership & Oversight: Providing direction, employee management, and managing performance.
- Record-Keeping: Overseeing the financial, legal, and relevant records of the association.
- Insurance Knowledge: Understanding HOA insurance requirements, terms, and liability issues.
- Financial Reporting: Reviewing financial reports, budgets, and compliance with legal standards.
- Accounting Skills: Managing financial analysis, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
- Collections Management: Overseeing fee collections and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintenance Oversight: Defining maintenance specifications, ensuring compliance, and managing service contracts and repairs. Scheduling and coordinating landscape maintenance activities.
